In February, I celebrated 30 years in business for myself.  Over the years I’ve created 4 businesses that specialized in various aspects of Team Optimization and I was fortunate enough to build my second business to multi-7 Figures and a team of 25 people before I sold it. Entrepreneurship has been the most satisfying, frustrating, rewarding and challenging way of expressing my creativity that I’ve ever found (and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world).

I left my corporate J-O-B when it wasn’t a common thing to do, so I understand first-hand how much courage and vulnerability it takes to bravely step out of your comfort zone and follow your heart’s desire and life purpose. I love supporting Women Entrepreneurs live their life purpose by building businesses that make a real difference to our world.

I made the leap to my first business with a dream of earning a very comfortable living while maximizing my own freedom.

To achieve that I experimented with a few different business structures. In my first business I worked on a client consulting project for 6-8 months then took the next 6-8 months off to travel and paint and then on to the next client project followed by more time off.  My second business was a little more traditional but both my business partner and I committed to a minimum of 2 months off a year.  She enjoyed frequent 7-10 day trips while I prefered 4-6 week immersive experiences in other cultures.  I rarely work more than 25 hours a week in my current business. 

There are 1000s of ways that a business can be structured so I love helping women business owners set theirs up to maximize their freedom and growth goals by leveraging their “perfect for them” dream teams.  

Over the past 30 years I’ve worked with 100s and 100s of Entrepreneurs and their Teams, mostly implementing customized solutions in the areas of hiring, organization and job design, performance optimization, pay, bonuses and rewards. My clients always benefit from that hands-on best paractices experience as well as my post-graduate education in Behavioural Psychology, Change Management and HR.

In addition to that traditional education and experience, my approach also incorporates some not so typical elements. When I made the leap to my first business I also had a spiritual awaking.  That led to a lot of personal growth which led to certifications as a Law of Attraction Coach, a Reiki Master, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and various other energy work modalities. I always bring that spirituality and the Universal Laws into all of my work with clients to shift those all important “inner game” mindset habits.

Working with Entrepreneurs to Build High Performance Teams will always be my passion but how I do it is changing.  Instead of working with 1 or 2 clients at a time creating and implementing a highly customized Team Optimization Solution, I’m now offering deeply transformational Coaching Programs so I can reach more people.  

These are for Purpose-Led Women Entrepreneurs who’s Heart’s Desire is to increase their Impact on the World by enrolling and harnessing their Vision-Aligned Teams to Drive those Goals while working in a business that works for them with High Earnings and Maximum Freedom.

My Heart’s Desire is to Empower 1000 Women Entrepreneurs to do that over the next 5 years.
