Hi, I’m Angela Heit
For the past 22 years, my team and I have been helping entrepreneurs and small business owners build their Dream Teams and grow their businesses.
Previous to that I built and sold a recruitment agency that worked with Fortune 100 corporate clients (Sprint, AT&T, Honeywell, CIBC, Merrill Lynch and SunLife to name a few), as well as many small businesses ranging in size from under $1M to $50M.

Yes, we offer a full replacement guarantee. If you’re not happy with your new employee within the guarantee period, just let us know and we’ll either work with you to improve things or we’ll start the recruitment process again and find you a better fit.
Will I get the results you promise?
Let’s be honest…you’re an entrepreneur, so you get this.
